UTour is an website app that lets potential homebuyers visit a model home at any time without having to meet with a salesperson. This way, shoppers can visit our model homes at a time that’s convenient to them. Then our sales team can reach out afterward to see if there are any questions.
How Does It Work for a Potential Buyer?
When browsing a home builder’s website, you’ll see a a “Schedule a Self Tour” button on our community pages. Once you click this, you pick a date and time to tour our model home and enter your informaiton and then you’ll receive a confirmation email and text with the date, time, address, and entry code of your appointment. So you don’t forget, you’ll also receivea reminder alert closer to the date or the option to cancel. See how easy that was?
What Other Features Does UTour Have?
While on your tour, you’ll be able to use Amazon Alexa to ask questions about the home or community, giving you all the benefits of a guided tour without the pitfalls. You’ll also be able to use this feature to activate the home’s Smart Home functionality and video chat with a salesperson.
